Sometimes you want to go, where everybody knows your name. At Wethersfield Pizza, the owners are always happy to see Common Ground show up.

The whole grinder is so large, that in their 35-year history, it has only been eaten three times. After Friday night, it has been eaten four times. Our fearless leader (fears no food, anyway), Anthony, has now eaten the whole grinder 3 times, meaning only one other person has ever accomplished this feat.

As much as we do not condone over-eating, we enjoy the relationship we have built with the staff at Wethersfield Pizza.

Another Great YASBIZ Event

Intercommunity staff and clients participated in a great YASBIZ Learning Workshop at Capital Region in  Hartford. Teams were able to compete in friendly networking and brainstorming activities. Can you pick out the Common Grounders in the photos?

Participants were also able to learn new skills like graffiti-style writing and creating stress relief glitter jars.
